This report proposes a method for adjusting learnable parameters in deep algorithm unrolling to enhance its robustness. Deep algorithm unrolling is a method that textit{unroll} iterative optimization algorithms into neural network layers, learning the hyperparameters for each iteration using deep learning techniques. Our proposed method introduces a constraint that gradually reduces the variation of parameters across iterations, enabling stable training and inference. We conducted graph signal denoising experiments using synthetic data. The results demonstrate that our proposed method achieves superior denoising performance compared to conventional iterative algorithms. Furthermore, we examined the performance when early stopping is applied, where our method presents better denoising performance with a smaller number of iterations than those in the conventional approach. |
