Electrophysiological analysis reveals that dual-task walking impairs response inhibition and alters brain network dynamics in Parkinson’s disease and aging. These neural biomarkers highlight disrupted connectivity and compensatory mechanisms, supporting the development of closed-loop DBS for improved motor-cognitive outcomes. |
