| 抄録 | （和） | 人間は日常の意思決定や行動選択において自己の利益だけでなく規範遵守を考慮している．ここで規範とは何らかの学習を通じて個々の脳内に蓄積された生得的でない心的表象を指し，そのうち中央集権的でなく，場に存在するエージェント間の相互作用に関わるものを社会的規範と定義する．社会的規範は衝突回避などの他者との行動調整を要する場面で協調行動を促進すると知られている．近年の人工知能技術の発展により，他者との相互作用を考慮した協調的エージェント設計が注目されているが，既存のモデルは協調行動に報酬を直接割り当てる設計であり，個人の合理性に反する協調行動の創発を捉えることは難しい．本研究では情報理論的観点から行動コストを考慮し，規範的行動の創発過程を解明することを目的とする．実験の結果，従来のモデルベース強化学習のモデルでは規範的行動の創発が困難であることが示された．一方で提案モデルは学習の困難性が増したことで有効性の検証には至っていない． |
| （英） | Humans consider not only their own interests but also norm compliance in everyday decision-making and action selection.Here, norms are defined as non-innate mental representations accumulated in the brain through learning, and among them, those that are not centrally imposed but arise from interactions among agents in a given context are defined as social norms. Social norms are known to promote cooperative behavior in situations that require behavioral coordination with others, such as avoiding collisions. With the recent development of artificial intelligence technologies, increasing attention has been paid to the design of cooperative agents that take interactions with others into account. However, existing models assign rewards directly to cooperative behavior, making it difficult to capture the emergence of cooperation that runs counter to individual rationality. In this study, we aim to elucidate the process of normative behavior emergence by considering action costs from an information-theoretic perspective. The experimental results demonstrated that normative behavior was difficult to emerge under conventional model-based reinforcement learning models. On the other hand, while the proposed model increased the difficulty of learning, its effectiveness has yet to be verified. | |
