Personalizing Text-to-Music Generation via Iterative User Feedback and LLM-Guided Prompt Optimization

(in English) We propose a personalized optimization framework for Text-to-Music (TTM) prompt generation, addressing the limitations of prior, positive-feedback-only methods which caused early convergence and low diversity. Our enhanced framework uses dual feedback (positive and negative) incorporated into LLM instructions and an embedding dictionary. This approach stabilizes convergence and preserves prompt variation. A user study (10 participants) showed the system adapted incrementally, although improvement in the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) varied significantly among users, highlighting robustness issues despite general embedding space convergence.
