(in English) With the widespread adoption of IoT, Bluetooth has been integrated into numerous devices, and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) was introduced to achieve low power consumption. Many BLE-equipped devices are small and battery-powered, requiring long operating times, which further emphasizes the need for energy efficiency. Previous studies applied multi-armed bandit methods to control advertising intervals and employ channel masking, achieving power-efficient communication while maintaining reliability. However, using all combinations of advertising intervals and channel selections as arms resulted in many options, causing prolonged exploration and delaying the selection of the optimal arm. During this period, communication reliability may decline and additional power may be consumed. To address this, we propose treating advertising intervals and channel selections as separate arms, which reduced learning convergence time by up to 85% compared to previous methods.
