This study implemented a pedagogically effective AI-driven inspection system for Software Requirements Specification (SRS) reviews in a project-based learning (PBL) environment and analyzed its impact on human understanding, judgment, and acceptance. The AI inspection system was integrated into a curriculum using the CRAFTN rubric—reconstructed based on ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148—and a three-tier feedback structure consisting of "Issue, Reason, and Suggestion." A questionnaire survey was conducted with eight inspectors and seven students. The results indicated that AI inspection is effective in identifying ambiguities and formal deficiencies in descriptions, contributing to the justification of judgments and clarification of revision policies. Conversely, the findings suggested that the system's high granularity and lack of contextual adaptation could lead to over-reliance or excessive trust. While students were generally receptive to the AI-generated feedback, the results underscored the importance of designing systems that consider individual learner characteristics. This study provides practical insights for designing AI not as a replacement for humans, but as a collaborative tool for review support. |
