PMV is commonly used as an index for indoor thermal comfort; however, it is a group-level evaluation that does not reflect individual differences. To achieve a comfortable environment for each individual, it is necessary to collect actual behavioral data, such as a user using a blanket when feeling cold, analyze its relationship with PMV, and control the environment based on the findings. In this paper, we set up a data platform that integrates indoor environmental sensing and item-usage tracking on a single infrastructure. We installed PMV sensors in a real-world environment and integrated them into the platform, while also implementing and verifying a mechanism to collect advertising packets in real-time from blankets equipped with BLE beacons for the tracking inference. |
