To obtain individual respiratory dynamics, time-series 3D-CT (i.e., 4D-CT) imaging is employed. However, 4D-CT acquisition suffers from motion artifacts caused by organ motion within the images and increases radiation exposure. This study aimed to establish a 4D-CT image prediction framework using a diffusion model that incorporates both the initial-phase CT image and a controllable statistical displacement vector field (sDVF) parameterized by the displacement magnitude. We report that the framework enables high-quality image generation compared to conventional models without the acquisition of target-phase images. |
