| 抄録 | （和） | 研究活動の過程におけるスライドや論文などのドキュメントの作成・推敲は，作業成果の整理や研究方針の検討のために不可欠な作業である．これらの文書推敲は，調査や議論など多様な文書の参照と編集を伴う複数の作業を並行することで進められる．研究を上手く前進させるためには，作業の経緯や成果物，介在する文書などの推敲文脈を的確に把握し，続く作業に活用することが重要である．しかし，研究期間の長期化や扱う文書数の増大に伴い，これらの文脈は複雑化し，その理解は困難となる．本研究では，PC上の作業履歴を収集・蓄積し，その分析に基づいて推敲過程に介在する文書群，および，作業場面を表すスクリーンショットの間の関係を表すグラフを自動生成することで，推敲文脈の理解を支援する仕組みの開発に取り組んでいる．本論文では，主に，推敲文脈の大規模化に対応し，その理解を容易にするための推敲文脈グラフ自動要約手法について述べる． |
| （英） | Creation and elaboration of documents such as slides and academic papers are essential work in the process of research activities to organize outcomes and refine research directions. These document elaborations are carried out by parallelly conducting multiple tasks—such as surveys and discussions—that involve referencing and editing diverse documents. To effectively advance research, it is important to sufficiently understand elaboration contexts—including the work circumstances and histories, artifacts, and involved documents—and utilize them in subsequent work. However, these contexts become increasingly complicated and difficult to understand as the research duration becomes longer and the number of documents used increases. In this research, we have been aiming at developing a mechanism to support the understanding of elaboration contexts by accumulating users' work histories on a PC, and automatically generating a graph which represents the relationships between involved documents and screenshots embodying work scenes on the basis of analyzing the accumulated histories. In this paper, we mainly describe methods for automatic summarization of the elaboration context graph to address the increasing scale of elaboration contexts and facilitate their understanding. | |
