In this study, we aim to develop a self-supervised learning model that achieves 2D/3D deformable registration of a liver mesh to laparoscopic camera images. By combining self-supervised learning that incorporates a noise addition and removal process for predicting registration parameters with a local deformation model capable of reproducing liver deformation during laparoscopic surgery, we confirm that the proposed approach improves registration accuracy compared with conventional models. |
