(in English) Communication robots must estimate human psychological states for appropriate interaction. This study focuses on Micro-Gestures (MG); unconscious non-verbal cues reflecting deep psychology. Recognizing MG is challenging due to the localized nature of their temporal and spatial appearances and high inter-category similarity. This study proposes a category-specific learning method using pose sequences to address these issues. It employs self-attention to capture global context effectively and highlight distinctive features, while auxiliary classifiers are used to learn category-specific features. Experiments on a large-scale dataset demonstrate performance improvements over existing methods, validating the effectiveness of the proposed method for robust MG recognition.
