Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In recent years, process analysis utilizing operational logs has advanced, but estimating the compliance importance of individual business rules has not been sufficiently explored. In practice, while critical rules directly impacting operational quality risks exist, operational manuals and procedures comprehensively list precautions, making it easy for relative importance to be obscured. This study assumes that implicit importance information emerges in the speech used during task explanations, enabling the estimation of compliance importance for business rules that are difficult to capture in documentation. Specifically, we developed a method for structured operating procedures and business rules: we quantify and integrate prosodic features extracted from speech with expression features based on transcriptions to calculate importance scores, which are then assigned to individual rules. We applied and evaluated this method on tasks within operational systems, confirming its effectiveness. This approach enables the extraction of business rules implicitly prioritized by workers—rules often overlooked in document-based analysis—and is expected to contribute to clarifying critical points and preventing errors.
