Methods for Creating Dialogue Content According to Privacy Levels

(in English) As the use of robots interacting with humans in social service fields gains attention, rapid advances in AI technology for automated dialogue generation further heighten expectations for practical implementation. However, the critical issue of privacy protection in human-robot interactions within real-world service scenarios remains inadequately addressed. To address this, we propose a comprehensive framework for managing privacy in everyday human-robot interactions. This framework integrates authentication, dialogue content generation, and dialogue strategy to meet essential requirements for real-world applications. In this research, we have proposed three approaches for dialogue content generation: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), and prompt-based methods. We previously reported on prototype development using the RAG method. Here, we report on experiments using the Low-Rank Adaptation method, which yielded insights into the execution environment and generation accuracy. We also discuss improvements to the Retrieval-Augmented Generation method based on these findings.
