Probabilistic radio maps, characterizing received power as a distribution, are essential for reliable mmWave communications. Despite their utility, traditional ray-tracing (RT) is too computationally expensive for dynamic network optimization. We present a hybrid framework combining RT with Transformer-based Mixture of PFNs (MoPFNs) to overcome this barrier.Evaluations confirm that our method accurately reproduces both measured and RT-based signal distributions while drastically accelerating construction time. |
