In this paper, we study indoor human tracking using Wi-Fi sensing. The approach employing machine learning (ML) model, e.g., Transformer, achieves accurate estimation, however, its accuracy is largely degraded when it is applied to different environments from training. On the other hand, an approach employing advanced signal processing (SP), which geometrically estimates human trajectory based on AoA (Angle of Arrival), ToF (Time of Flight), and DFS (Doppler Frequency Shift) extracted from the received Wi-Fi signal, has been also proposed. However, it is hard to precisely estimate these radio features from the weak reflecting signal. This paper suggests integrating these 2 approaches, and proposes a Transformer model employing AoA, ToF, and DFS together with channel state information (CSI) as its input. With experimental results, we investigate the generalization capability of the proposed integrated approach. |
