| 抄録 | （和） | 本研究では，心理的距離の変動をもとに組織における社会的孤立を検出することを目的として，個人同士のやりとりや，やりとりが周囲に与える影響を含めた人間関係可視化シミュレータ（組織シミュレータ）について検討している． 2者（A・B）のメッセージのやりとりによる心理的距離の変化を描画する予備実験の結果から，台本ごとのポジティブ/ネガティブなやりとりやプロフィールに応じた捉え方の違いと，参加者の男子・女子の間の違いが明らかになった． さらに，予備実験で得られた心理的距離の変位のデータをもとに個人特性を設定し，組織シミュレータを用いて人間関係の変動を分析した結果，台本の設定に応じて心理的距離が近づいたり離れていく様子が観察された． |
| （英） | This study examines a relationship visualization simulator (organization simulator) that incorporates interactions between individuals and the effects these interactions have on their surroundings, with the aim of detecting social isolation within organizations based on fluctuations in psychological distance. Preliminary experiments depicting how third parties perceive changes in psychological distance through message exchanges between two individuals (A and B) revealed differences in perception based on positive/negative scripted interactions and individual profiles, as well as differences between male and female participants. Furthermore, using data on shifts in psychological distance per script obtained from the preliminary experiment, we set individual characteristics and analyzed relationship fluctuations using the organizational simulator. This revealed that psychological distance either narrowed or widened depending on the script settings. |
