(in English) We propose and implement ISMatch, a job-matching system for international students that extracts eight personality traits from Japanese self-PR text using an LLM and ranks employers via weighted vector similarity.
Six LLM back-ends are supported, including a rule-based offline fallback.
A prototype built with FastAPI and PostgreSQL/pgvector confirmed end-to-end operation across three portals for students, employers, and administrators.
