Mechanical Properties of the OLEDs and ITO Films Prepared on Plastic Substrates

(in English) In order to examine that mechanical properties of OLEDs with ITO thin films deposited on PEN substrates at low temperature, form of prepared OLEDs and ITO thin films was transformed mechanically. As a result, by mechanical transformation, the surface of the ITO films was cracked and the resistivity of ITO films was increased. It may be possible to suppress crack of ITO films surface and resistivity increase of ITO films with mechanical transformation by changing the thickness of ITO film, RF input power and composition of ITO targets. By the mechanical transformation, we understood that the OLED on the PEN substrate had bad properties.
