Growth of nonpolar GaN films by low-pressure chemical vapor deposition and their properties

(in English) No-polar GaN films were grown on r-planesapphire substrates using low pressure chemical vapor depsition. The GaN fiilms were grown by two-step growth and three-step growth, and their crystalinity, crstal orientation and photoluminescence properties were measured. Comparing the properties with polar GaN films grown on c-plane sapphire substrates, the differences in their properties by the film polarity were considered.
