Characterization of magnetic garnet particles deposited on flexible substrates by using spin coating process

(in English) Non distractive inspections are carried out around us. We focused on Magnet-optical(MO) imaging as a method of the inspections for microcracks. MO imaging is carried out with a MO sensor located on the inspection target. MO sensors are fabricated with spin coat method. Bismuth substituted yttrium iron garnet(Bi:YIG) was used for MO sensor. But light transmittance was 0%. We changed magnetic materials from Bi:YIG to yttrium aluminum garnet(YAG) to improve the transmittance. And the transmittance was got from MO sensors fabricated with YAG. Aluminum and iron composite material was used to get the figures of MO imaging.
