(in English) In [Krichevskiy, IEEE Trans. Inf. Theory, vol.44, no.1, pp.296--303, 1998], a lower bound of the maximum redundancy of a predictive source code has been shown for i.i.d. source.
In this paper, we show the counterpart result for the context tree source whose model is known and the parameter is unknown.
In the proof of our main result, the analysis of the codeword length of the Bayes code plays an important role.
