Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page) 
(in English) It is common practice to apply Multilevel Analysis for the data sampled from various classes. In this Analysis, it is considered about parameter estimation. On the other hand, in our research, we consider predicting new data sampled from an unknown class. We consider that there is a parameter that affects all classes and the other that affects a specific class. Finally, we lead to bayes optimal prediction of our model with variational bayes algorithm.
