In recent years, much research has focused on the development of gas sensors for detecting VOCs with room temperature operation, low cost, and high sensitivity and selectivity. We have fabricated zinc oxide thin-film transistors using zinc oxide thin films deposited by room temperature atomic layer deposition and observed that the output current changes when ethanol is introduced. This result is expected to be applied to alcohol sensors. |
