(in English) This study examined the effectiveness of a Cognitive Linguistic approach in English education, specifically focusing on acquiring prepositions through image schemas. The results revealed that a multimodal learning approach combining visual and textual information significantly improved learners' acquisition of prepositions, even without explicit instruction. Furthermore, the findings suggest that learners' awareness of errors in visual information can lead to deeper understanding, providing new insights for the development of visual materials in English language teaching.
