From A Phenotype of a Language to that of another Language -- Translation does not have to deal with meanings. --

(in English) Genetic information system and human language are digital. Digital equals to information, and information generates networks and automaton. A significant difference between genetic information system and human language is that, while genetic memories are inherited as instinctive memories, linguistic memories must be acquired postnatally by individual experiences and intellectual activities.
Grammars, syntaxes and styles have also meanings thanks to sequential positions and commonly shared semantic rules. These grammatical meanings are different from conceptual ones endorsed by experiential memories.
Here it can be said that translation is not a matter of meanings or source coding/decoding, but it is to discover a most appropriate linguistic protocols in different society corresponding to particular situational experiences. Although to date, translation has been discussed in the framework of source coding, the author tries to demonstrate that it is a matter of phenotypical protocols translated into another language.
